BA Rt. sent the contract aimed at acquisition of the cargo base development land to ÁPV Rt. and summarized the decision-making process preceding contracting. During this process 18 board approvals were adopted by the board of directors and supervisory boards of the Company and ÁPV Rt. There was no cash movement in relation to the contract. The agreement may come into force subject to several criteria, which have not been met yet.
