airberlin: Malév frequent flyer status transferable to topbonus

Passengers of the non-operational Hungarian airline Malév can now transfer their frequent flyer status to topbonus, airberlin’s frequent flyer program.

Until 31st May 2012, Duna Club members can register in topbonus and enjoy the benefits of Germany's second largest frequent flyer program. As of 6th February 2012, airberlin flies daily from Berlin to Budapest with very good connections within Europe.

Those interested can find information regarding transferring from Duna Club to topbonus at airberlin.com/dunaclub. Those taking part will receive their topbonus card that corresponds to their Duna Club status by post within 14 days after registration.

Currently more than 2.8 million passengers are participating in the topbonus Program and taking advantage of exclusive topbonus partner benefits such as hotels, rental cars, insurance, or magazines. Collected miles can be redeemed against upgrades to airberlin Business Class and free flights around the world. The oneworld® membership planned for 20th March 2012 will make the topbonus frequent flyer program even more appealing. More information about airberlin's frequent flyer program is available online at airberlin.com.
