You can request a VAT invoice:
• Subsequently, electronic VAT invoices can only be requested within 15 days, by sending the original payment receipt by mail (address: Budapest Airport Zrt. 1185 Budapest, BUD International Airport), or
• on the spot when paying at the payment kiosk in the middle of the Terminal Parking or at the customer service of the Business Parking.
Loss of parking ticket:
Please make an inquire at the payment kiosk in the middle of the Terminal Parking in order to obtain a ticket replacement. If you lose your parking ticket the published prices will be applied based on the recorded time of entry.
Parking for persons with reduced mobility:
The first 60 minutes of parking is free of charge for persons with reduced mobility at the designated spaces. The discount is only valid in the Terminal Parking, against presentation of the disabled parking pass, for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of entry printed onto the parking ticket received. Please request your discount at the customer service in the Terminal Parking.

In absence of payment your vehicle will not be released. The operator does not take responsibility for any damages resulting from this.
Responsibility in guarded car parks (Premium Parking, Terminal Parking, Business Parking Holiday Plus Parking, Holiday Parking, Bus Parking):
Budapest Airport Zrt.’s responsibility extends to theft damages in accordance with the General Contractual Conditions available
and at the Terminal Parking customer service.
