Which car parks offer parking free of charge, and for how long? Does the parking ticket need to be validated in case I am only passing through the car park within the free time window?

Parking is free of charge at Terminal 2 for 5 minutes in the Premium Car Park and at the Terminal Car Park, without the need to validate the parking ticket.

Where are the parking spaces dedicated for persons with reduced mobility located? Is parking provided free of charge for PRMs?

The spaces located closest to the terminal building are dedicated to persons with reduced mobility in the car parks at Budapest Airport. In the Terminal Car Park we provide 1 hour free of charge for passengers holding a valid disabled parking permit. The discount can be requested at the customer service office located in the middle of the car park.

What forms of payment are possible? Where can I request a VAT invoice and where can I pay with a credit card?

The parking fee can be paid in cash in all car parks, at the pay machines or to our staff members. All of the pay machines offer credit card payment as well. VAT invoices are issued at the customer service upon payment, or can be requested subsequently by mail, against the original receipt.

Daily parking fees are calculated according to calendar days, or is payment due according to every 24 hours started from the time or arrival in the car park?

Daily parking fees are payable for every 24 hours started after entering the car park. This applies in the Business, Holiday and Holiday Plus Car Parks, which operate with daily fees from the time of arrival in the car park, and in the Terminal and the Premium Car Parks in case of parking in excess of 24 hours.

Free capacity is available at all times, but our online booking system offers excellent discounts and can spare you time and effort.

What should I do if I lose the parking ticket?

If you lose your parking ticket, please contact the customer service office located in the middle of the Terminal Car Park, or, if you are using the Business Car Park, the customer service office located at the entrance of the Business Car Park, where a replacement ticket will be issued.
If you lose your parking ticket the published prices will be applied based on the recorded time of entry.
